State Supreme Court Accredits PBA Workers' Compensation Law Section as Certifying OrganizationThe Pennsylvania Supreme Court has approved the recommendation of the PBA Review and Certifying Board to grant accreditation to the PBA Workers' Compensation Law Section as a certifying organization in workers' compensation law. With the Supreme Court order, the section becomes the first bar association entity in the state to become a certifying organization. Read the media release.
PBA Launches 'Recruit & Cruise' Membership CampaignThe PBA has a launched the "Recruit & Cruise" membership campaign. Each participating PBA member who recruits five new dues-paying members earns a chance to win a $2,500 cruise for two to a destination of his or her choice. Automatic Prompts to Update PBA Contact InformationInforming the PBA about your recent move, new job and new phone or fax numbers just got easier. Members will be automatically prompted to update their PBA membership records when signing-in on the members-only pages of the PBA website. A pop-up window with a reminder to update membership records will appear approximately every six months. Need to update your membership record now? Go to the online form.

'I Have a Dream' Video Contest for Grades K-12; Information for PBA MembersGet inspired by watching this video from elementary students in Texas - then visit a local classroom to talk with students about the PBA's "I Have a Dream ..." contests. Work with students in your local schools to teach about freedom, the first amendment, fairness, justice and many other topics based on Dr. King's speech and the "I Have a Dream ..." theme.
